Steve Olsen - President and Founder of PSI Network, Inc. With over 25 years of telecom experience, Steve is a sought-after expert who can understand your unique voice and data needs, and find a solution to meet it.
Matt Boyer - Executive Vice President. Among other things, Matt is responsible for overseeing much of the daily business aspects of our company. He also works with our Project Management team to see that your service is installed correctly and that our customers receive any needed support after service activation.
Roshelle Ramirez (Ro) - Executive Sales Coordinator. Roshelle has been with PSI for over 14 years and has performed almost every role in the company. Currently she assists Steve in preparing sales presentations and helps find the right carrier to match our customer’s' needs. If nobody else can help you, Ro probably can.
Josh Dart - Sales Coordinator / Technology Specialist. Josh also assists in preparing sales presentations, pricing quotes, and guidance towards finding the right carrier to match each of our customer’s' needs. His highly technical background has been a great asset to PSI
Rob Thiriot – Project Manager. Rob oversees the Project Management department towards all new customer and MACD accounts from order inception through to service activation and beyond. His background of over 13 years as an IT and telephony services manager helps to bring each order to fulfillment by understanding each aspect of your order. He and his team will work with you, acting as coordination liaison throughout the scheduling of each project installation. This process is a vital part of our overall service by helping to ensure a smooth installation or transition of telephony/Internet services.
Blake Olsen – Project Coordinator (Service related Trouble Tickets) . Blake specializes in the area of finding solutions for service outages as well as processing new orders.
Jenny Byszewski – Project Coordinator (MACD “Moves, Adds, Changes, Disconnects”) . Jenny specializes in the area of processing active service related changes as well as processing new orders.
Jennifer Witucki - Jesse McRae: Account Managers. After your services are installed, an account manager is assigned and will serve as your point of contact to handle various account and billing needs that you might require.
