The PSI Network Master Agent Group joins Convey Engage

The New Channel Engagement Platform

PSI Service Provider Expo A Success

Mission Viejo, CA, 06/5/2013 — PSI’s 2013 Service Provider Expo turned out a large crowd and covered a lot of territory. PSI created this event to educate its sales representatives, agents and customers on many of PSI’s newest and best service offerings. When asked what his thoughts were of the event Steve Olsen, Founder & President of PSI, said, “I think it was a huge success. I have had nothing but positive feedback and rave reviews from the presenters and the audience. I am really proud of my team–they did a great job!”

PSI put 10 of its best and most promising relationships on stage over a 5-hour period. The Expo was focused mostly on cloud-based service offerings and ways to save businesses money. The presenters ran the gamut of satellite connectivity to LED lighting, from cost containment to cloud-based infrastructures. Presenters included:

The venue, a luxurious movie theater, had 92 big, comfortable, reclining seats so attendees could relax and put their feet up while they listened and ate lunch.. The theater had a very nice lobby area with a full coffee bar where each presenter had their own table set up with handouts and giveaways. Several breaks in the schedule allowed attendees to mix and mingle with each other and the presenters.

PSI’s VP of Sales, Thomas Sprinkle, explained, “I am super pleased! It turned out just the way we pictured it and plan it. The only thing that could have made it better was if we had gotten more customers there, but if they had shown up I am not sure we would had room for all of everyone. At one point I counted only 5 open seats.”  The real question left to answer is how PSI is going to out do themselves for their next event.

Mission Viejo, CA, 05/28/2013 — On Tuesday, June 4th, 2013 PSI Network, Inc. will host its 2013 Service Provider Expo at the Cinépolis Theater in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This event will showcase 7 of PSI’s best and most promising relationships. Rather than traditional telecom carriers, the Expo will focus mostly on cloud-based service offerings and ways to save business money.

Steve Olsen, Founder & President of PSI, noted that “With everything moving to the cloud we are including some alternate access Internet providers everyone should be aware of.” Each Provider will have the stage for 30 minutes to educate the audience on some of their latest offerings and explain their overall value proposition.

“The audience will be a mix of about 75 customers and agents” explained Thomas Sprinkle, PSI’s VP of Sales. When asked how this event came to be he explained, “As a Master Agency we are often the middlemen between the service providers and end customers. Part of our role is to educate ourselves, our subagents and our customers and that message is almost always more powerful if it comes from the source (the provider) itself.   Since there are only so many hours in a day/week/month and everyone gets overloaded with webinar invites, we came up with this idea. It began much smaller then it grew and took on life of its own.”  PSI chose the Cinépolis Theater venue because of its optimum in sound, lighting, visibility and accessibility. Breakfast, lunch and some treats will be provided.

PSI President’s Club

Mission Viejo, CA, 05/28/2013 — PSI Network, Inc. just returned from its annual President’s Club trip in Hawaii to reward its top-producing sales consultants, agents and service providers.  This year PSI took 15 outstanding couples to Hawaii to celebrate and relax. Tom Sprinkle, PSI’s VP of Sales acknowledged, “As a Master Agency sales is the lifeblood of our business and we can honestly not do enough to spoil and say thank you to those that helped keep us alive and healthy last year. Hopefully, they felt as appreciated as we wanted them to.”

For the 12th year in a row PSI chose to celebrate and relax at the Mauna Lani Resort, just north of Kona, on the Big Island of Hawaii. “Going to the Mauna Lani is a wonderful, long-standing tradition. Every year we consider changing locations but everyone loves it there.  The trip is 90% rest and relaxation mixed with a little bit of business. We squeezed in one breakfast meeting to get feedback on what we can do better and one awards dinner to honor our top performers,” explained Steve Olsen, Founder & President of PSI.
